My parents sometimes borrows my headset and all they use is this meditation app. They said it was relaxing for them. Happy it made them feel better.

Great app for distracting myself from anxiety and good when I feel contention. I liked the different meditation styles and although some were more active than others, I think they are all good for escaping reality and stress.

It works as intended. I’ve liked the experience so far, even though I don’t have many hours on it

I was excited to try this app as I love vr meditation stuff. It did not disappoint! It gives you something to do which is to concentrate on circling glowing different colored orbs that are coming towards you – if you circle too fast, it will give you feedback. If you do well, it will say so. It also reminds you to breath. There is ambient calming music playing in the background. The music, combined with the activity and colorful visuals, is a nice distraction from negative thoughts, and is a good activity to prepare one for sleep. This will be another tool in my VR meditation arsenal. In the future, it would be cool to include some guided meditations with the visuals in addition to the music.

The game really lets you become immersed in itself, making sure you keep your focus as you wave your hands around slowly and circle sparkles and stars. It’s a different type of meditation experience that I wasn’t expecting and really enjoyed. The music is pretty nice and helps get into it too. If you’d rather just relax and forget about circling your controllers around thats also an option. I liked to close my eyes and take deep breaths. It’s fun to reaaally reach that point where you just feel your body floating and you can open your eyes to all the color and stars around you. As a newbie on VR meditation I can say I’m quite happy with this experience. As a side-note, the dev was nice to give me a free key to the app, which I really do appreciate. My sister is a meditation nut and I really wanted her to try out yet another little VR activity. She was thrilled! And also relaxed. Very relaxed! Thank you.

Got this app for free from the devs, Thank you guys, as my wife and I are usually stressed out and don’t get much time to relax but once we got this app, the amount of stress was greatly reduced. We will continue to use this to reduce our stress and highly recommend this app to any and all parents!

As a sufferer of Anxiety, having tried Enso VR, I can see how something like this can be beneficial, just for 5-15 minutes at the end of the day to help unwind, destress & relax a little.

Enso is a simple (but awesome) app to promote focus. Most people would label Enso as a “meditation app” and there is a lot of truth in that. As someone who assiduously tests nearly every VR meditation title, I’d say Enso is “meditation-adjacent” insofar as it promotes a flow state, but doesn’t employ strict breathing techniques. Instead, Enso uses a gaming mechanic whereby the user draws circles around glowing orbs. It is a very simple mechanic, although the developers have carefully designed it in a way to promote deep relaxation and focus. Let me be clear–Enso is NOT a game; it merely uses a gaming mechanic to achieve a meditative focus/flow state. The graphics and sound design are purposefully minimalist but beautiful–striking the perfect balance of enhancing the experience without distracting from the practice.

I’ve been really surprised at how much I like Enso; I’ve used it for the last 18 days without fail and run through every module at least twice (some 3 times). The only significant complaint is that there is no way to adjust the session time. Each of the modules is ~4.5 minutes, but I’d really like the option for longer/infinite sessions. That said, Enso is a very satisfying app that I recommend to anyone interested in meditation. If you’re a VR-meditation enthusiast (i.e. someone who regularly uses VR for their meditation practice), then Enso is absolutely worth buying. It’s a great tool that will silence the chatter in your mind.

Later update: Hey, I just wanted to update what I wrote a bit–I still love Enso. It really is a fantastic, helpful app. I use it for my broader meditation practice and Enso is such an awesome tool to achieve focus. I completed every scenario long ago and continue to return again and again because Enso is both effective and fun. I’d happily pay for more DLC and/or support your team’s future work if possible. I’m not sure if what I’m typing will be visible to anyone else, but if it is, let me just plainly state that Enso is a phenomenal VR app that I’d highly encourage EVERYONE to try. If you meditate then you absolutely must pick up Enso because it is one of only a handful of apps that so effectively delivers on what it promises. Peace & love to all!

I was able to try it briefly last night. I jumped immediately into Relax. To be honest, I haven’t used my quest in a while so my movements weren’t as smooth as I’d hoped and I overcompensated when trying to draw circles. The more I relaxed the easier it became but there was an initial frustration. Also (and likely due to my own fault) I wasn’t aware I had to circle the brighter sphere. I was trying to circle everything and moving too quick as a result. When it clicked, it was great! Honestly, I wasn’t sure if it was a timed session (for relaxing) but since there was no timer I figured it wasn’t.

Thank you so much! I tried it the last 2 nights after an exhausting day at work and it was very relaxing. Drawing circles around the stars and watching them blow up was oddly satisfying. I never thought this kind of activity would be relaxing but it was. Maybe it was due to the ambiance and the music but it has certainly helped me destress at the end of the day.

beautiful game. Very well done! A little better intro might help, as well as maybe a more passive mode for a user to just watch and relax. Having to focus and act on what’s happening was not always 100% conducive to the vibe I thought you were going for. If not passive, I thought maybe just bare hands touching the orbs as they emerge would be nice.
that said, I will certainly use this again and enjoyed the experience.

thanks again for making the app and for sharing!

This is such a lovely app! I love the short sessions and how easy it is to jump into a focus session throughout my busy workdays. Who else has their Quest next to their desk??? If you don’t, it might be time for it 😂 The graphics and sounds are just gorgeous – I definitely recommend giving it a try – or 4!
